Wash bhendi and dry ith cloth. Remove front and rare part of bhendi. And long slit bhendi to fill masala
In bowl add besan, turmeric powder, chillies powder, salt, dry mango powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, oil, dry coconut and mix well to form masala. Fill this masala in bhendi
In kadai add 3 tsp of oil, add onion sliced long and filled bhendi. Cover kadai with lid on medium flame and let bhendi cook on steam
After 3 mins add some curry leaves and remaining masala if any and cover it for more 3 mins.
